WOOL BOMBER

FALL/WINTER 2023

The wool bomber features a triple lapel collar, welt pocket, faux fur and an outer shell with an exaggerated silhouette. I was inspired by vintage aviator jackets with their layered collars and utilitarian details. Through the making of this jacket I learned tailoring techniques, working with wool and hair canvas. My model, MC, wears a handprinted compression top and hand sewing leather scrap skirt made of repurposed materials.
